Derpy hides serious power behind a joke name. At 1 in 89.7 million and Tier S, it is a genuine endgame body despite the generic role and the goofy framing. Equip Derpy for the stats and ignore the name, because it out-fights most of the ethereal tier even without a unique role label.

There is no Huge variant to chase afterward, so the base pull is the full prize, the same as SlimeSlime in the transcendent band. After Petal handles the support slot and Derpy handles damage, your ethereal team is functionally complete. The honest comparison is to SlimeSlime: same generic role label, similar overall profile, just two rarity bands deeper, and Derpy out-paces SlimeSlime on raw stats by a meaningful margin.

Target Derpy once you reach deep-ethereal range and you want damage without a crafting detour. By the time Puffy or any secret-tier slime arrives, Derpy is still in your active loadout because no cheaper ethereal damage option exists. Until Bomber takes the slot, Derpy is the answer for any fight where the ethereal damage ceiling is what you need.
