Equip Ember the moment it drops, because the rarity gap from UFO is large enough that holding it back makes no sense. The honest comparison is to Blackhole at similar rarity — Ember covers general damage where Blackhole covers boss-specific burst, so most accounts are happy to run Ember as the daily driver and save Blackhole strictly for the hardest fights. After Ember lands, the active damage slot is solved for the deep-secret window.

Until Ouchy and the celestial tier come within reach, Ember is the ceiling that defines what a maxed secret-tier loadout actually looks like. By the time celestial pulls feel realistic rather than theoretical, Ember has earned its slot many times over. Treat the chase as a long endgame goal rather than a near-term target you can plan around the way you would for prismatic pulls.
