Meow

An uncommon filler pickup with no real combat upside to build around.

Editor verdictReviewed 2026-05-28

Meow is the trap of the uncommon tier. Pulling something at 1 in 35 feels like a win, and the cat reads as collectible, but a Tier D ranking means it changes nothing about your run. The number on your roll log is bigger than anything Sunset or Leafy gave you, but the slime in your loadout fights about the same.

There is no shame in benching Meow immediately. Keep it if you collect for fun, but for combat it belongs in the same bucket as the starters, a number on your roll log rather than a slot on your team. Once Fin or any Tier B common drops, the comparison ends and Meow goes to storage with the other early novelties.

Spend your luck windows aiming higher than this. The next meaningful step up is Orca at 1 in 719, which is reachable on a free luck stack and actually pays out on the rarity climb, unlike Meow. Treat the uncommon tier as transit: you pass through Meow on your way to slimes that earn their slot, and you do not pause there to grind for an entry that the tier list itself flags as filler.

Meow FAQ

Is Meow worth keeping?
An uncommon filler pickup with no real combat upside to build around.. Currently ranked Tier D on our combat tier list. Cross-checked with slime-rng.fandom.com, IGN.
How long does it take to roll Meow?
Drop rate is 1 / 35. At default luck (×1) and Auto Roll's ~5 rolls/min that's ~7 min of expected hunt time. Stack Like + Group + Lucky Slime + potions + rebirth to cut that dramatically. Use the Luck Calculator to compute your exact effective odds.
Can Meow drop from a code?
No. Slimes only come from rolling. Codes give boosts (Luck Potions, Roll Speed Boost) that improve your odds, but never slimes directly.
Does Meow have variants?
Documented variants: Big, Shiny, Inverted. Each variant multiplies the base 1 / 35 odds (Big ×10, Shiny ×5, Huge ×1,000,000, Inverted ×100). The Huge variant unlocks an aura passive when equipped.
