Most players keep Sunset for ten minutes and never look back, and that is the right call. At a 1 in 5 roll it is one of the first bodies a new account sees, and its job is to fill an equip slot, not win fights.

The moment Fin or any common with real damage shows up, swap Sunset out, because it has no luck passive and tops out at Tier D. There is no Sunset build worth pursuing, since the slime exists to bridge the very first minutes of play before your first uncommon drop. If you are still equipping it after your first hour, the issue is not Sunset, the issue is that you have not been rolling consistently enough.

The only reason Sunset earns a page at all is that its odds, stats and tier are documented and verified.
