Crafty

Crafty is a crafted slime rather than a pure pull, which makes its 1 in 57,400 rarity slightly misleading, since your real path to it runs through the Cavern recipe and not a luck window. At Tier B it is a respectable mid-game body, but the reason to care about Crafty is the crafting chain it teaches: gather, build, equip, repeat.

Keep one if you are working toward later crafted slimes, because the same habit pays off for the stronger recipes ahead. After Crafty, the recipe path leads through SlimeSlimeSlime in the Redwood Forest and eventually to crafted secrets like Astro in the Crystal Cavern, and every one of those builds rewards players who started practicing here in the Cavern.

Combat-wise, Crafty trades blows with Stump for the same mythic slot, and the choice between them comes down to whether you want a pure pull or a recipe to chase. By the time you have Lucky boosting your stack, both options arrive on a similar timeline, so do not let Crafty's rarity number scare you off the cheaper Cavern run. Treat the recipe like a tutorial for everything that follows.
