Orca

Orca is the first slime most players genuinely chase. At 1 in 719 it is reachable on a free luck stack, and Tier A as the best mid-game farmer means it earns its slot the day you pull it. After hours of cycling through Sunset, Fin and the Tier D pool, Orca finally feels like a slime you would not throw away on impulse.

Its damage clears the mid zones fast enough that your coin and Goop income visibly jumps, which is what actually accelerates a run. Keep Orca equipped well past the point you out-grow most epics, because for farming throughput it stays relevant much longer than its rarity suggests. Slimes like Spike and Axolotl arrive rarer but do not replace Orca for raw clear speed, and that is the gap the tier list is calling out.

The right time to retire Orca is when a legendary like Rocky or a mythic like Stump finally shows up and lets you both farm and survive without dying. Until that point, Orca is the workhorse, and most accounts hold onto it for far longer than they expected to when they first pulled it.
